Soft Boots quest and NPC, need more houses.

Hello, I am Vorless, one of the most active players on the server. I came here to suggest these two much needed additions.

Soft boots. Need them, they came out in 7.2, so there is no reason not to have them, it would benefit all of the vocations. Obviously you need a NPC to fix the broken soft boots, to balance this I would suggest to increase the normal repair price of 10k to 20k or even up to 40k. There are definitely not enough quests to keep players active.

Also, houses. This is the most important thing I am here to discuss, there are NO decent houses availible on the server. Most players do not have one, and the ones availible no one on an OT would buy a 10 sqm house. Too many players have multiple characters with more than one house and most people with houses are not active at all. Make a new system and more houses ASAP.

Also if you need a mapper, feel free to email me. I am an experienced mapper and have been playing Tibia since 2000.

Lastly, I would even donate for Soft Boots if you have a Paypal availible, this could help alot, of course nothing game breaking in donation shop.

p.s For new serpent spawn, is it the same with a lot of them?

Because 5+ Serpent Spawn is impossible at this rate, with SUPER SUPER strong paralyze you are dead instantly. Maybe a few single spawn and double spawns would be ok, but no knight could block 3+ Serpent spawn untill level 150 or 200+
